The #401 Canadian " Rams " ,and the #402 Canadian " Winnipeg Bears" Bomber/Interdiction Squadron, adheres to a strict set of rules and regulations. I understand that at any time if I am accepted as a recruit/member of the squadron that I promise to abide by the conduct set out by the command staff. I understand that if I am asked to leave for any reason whether it be in breech of these rules or a command decision, that I will leave honourably and without malice. Acceptance into the squadron means that I have read the information below and promise to obey these rules and regulations as set out below.

Code Of Conduct For ALL 4xx Pilots
                   

 





1. I will conduct myself as a gentleman at all times in a manner befitting my rank both in the air and in the lobby.

2.) I WILL NOT use foul language in the public lobby .

3) I WILL FOLLOW THE RULES OF THE SERVER I AM FLYING IN.

4.) I will be complimentary to any pilot that has fought well, but will not do so at the risk of my own safety.

5.) I will do my best to help my squadronmates both in the air and of tasks that may be requested of me to help with squadron operations. I will always attempt to fly with a wingman and will always escort a friendly bomber to the best of my ability

6.) If I feel I am having any issues within the squadron that I wish to discuss I will do so to my Chain of command and I understand it will be in complete confidence.

7.) I understand that if I leave the squadron, I will not use any squadron materials and will delete my callsign from hyperlobby.

8.) I understand that I am encouraged to make suggestions to the squadron that may help with the daily operations or increase the efficiency of the squadron. I understand that same suggestions may not be used, however I will not be in fear of being mocked or made fun of for doing so.

9.) I understand that this is only a game and is meant to be fun. If it fails at this, I may leave at any time and will refer to rule #7.

10.) I will make an attempt to fly with the squadron as much as real life allows. I will not join the unit and then become inactive . If this happens I understand that other pilots are waiting to join the squadron and I understand that I will be asked to leave so that others may join the squadron.

11.) IT IS IMPARITIVE THAT YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF A DSL or Cable modem to join the squadrons. Dial up users will not be asked to come on board.

12.)ALL #4xx SQUADRON MEMBERS WILL USE #401 COMMS WHILE FLYING, FAILURE TO USE #401 COMMS WILL LEAD TO REMOVAL FROM THE SQUADRON! NO EXCEPTIONS!
